David Dickson

David qualified as a Solicitor in 1980 and joined The PRG Partnership very quickly thereafter.

He is a corporate lawyer to trade and deals with many aspects of commercial and company law, including commercial property transactions. Acting for many lenders, he now divides his time between commercial and residential matters and advises private buyers and investors in a wide range of property matters. He also holds one of the most important internal positions within PRG as cash room partner and is registered with the Law Society of Scotland as such. In other words, David keeps your money safe!

In September 2016, David was appointed to the staff of the University of Glasgow as a part time tutor of law in the Department of Professional Legal Practice.

David is a former Deacon of the Incorporation of Gardeners in Glasgow, one of Glasgow’s ancient trades. He is also a Freeman of the City of Glasgow meaning that he can herd sheep through the streets of Glasgow if he chooses to do so. He is also a member of the Glasgow Renfrewshire Society. In all of his activities David has to be commended for his extensive work which involves fund raising for many charitable causes.

And for not actually herding any sheep through the streets of Glasgow! David can be contacted at our Erskine office.
